This year I turned 40. Health concerns made me suddenly stop smoking. Then I started smoking again, but there was an obsessive thought that I needed to end this. I finished a 12-week treatment. I had different sensations. At times, everything annoyed me, especially when there was a strong urge to smoke. I got better after a month. That's how I stopped smoking. Sometimes, I get cravings for nicotine, but they aren't nearly as strong as I expected.
