I'm a classic Narcolepsy sufferer; having at one time or another, experienced everything recognized as associated with the condition. Provigil, has been for me, amazingly effective with only side effect being a mild hangover after 24 hrs.

I’ve only been taking this for a short amount of time but unlike adderall or ritalin this not only physically keeps me awake but I don’t feel the horrible fatigue I usually do. It keeps me awake and feeling good while also easing any nervousness I have. I feel very calm while also being energized.:)
